This study explores the displacement of Sudanese migrants to the United Arab Emirates following the outbreak of war in Sudan, focusing on Ajman. It examines the stages of movement, the factors shaping destination choice, and socio-economic challenges encountered upon arrival. The findings highlight structural constraints related to employment, residency, housing, education, and healthcare. At the same time, the study documents community-based adaptation strategies, including informal economic activities, social networks, charitable support, and the role of local institutions in facilitating resilience.
